Deloitte is set to be a Diamond sponsor of Oracle HCM World, March 26-27, in Washington, DC.

Deloitte thought leaders will lead two speaking sessions during the conference on March 27th. Erica Volini, Principal and U.S. HR Transformation Leader, Deloitte Consulting LLP, will lead a keynote discussion featuring several Deloitte clients and their HCM transformation journeys. This interactive panel discussion will explore key considerations for moving to the cloud as well as the business benefits an organization can anticipate when they deploy a comprehensive HCM cloud strategy. Marc Levinson, Senior Manager, Deloitte Consulting LLP, will lead a session titled, “Is Your Organization Equipped to Win the War on Talent?” During the session, tactics necessary to build and execute an integrated talent management strategy will be discussed.
