David Stallings

David is the Global Managing Director – Business Tax and International Tax, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL). Prior to this role he served as the Global Managing Director – Cross-Border Border Tax and International Tax, DTTL, and U.S. Managing Partner International Tax.
