Bruce Teron
Partner, Monitor Deloitte, Canada
Bruce is as a Partner in Deloitte Canada's Monitor Deloitte strategy practice, and focuses on Financial Services. He is the global Lead Client Service Partner responsible for the Scotiabank relationship, and leads the Asset & Wealth Management sector. Bruce brings more than 20 years of consulting experience helping executive management teams shape and execute against their strategic priorities. He also spent 5 years in several management roles in Scotiabank’s Wealth Management and Retail Products teams. Prior to Scotiabank, Bruce was a Senior Partner at Monitor Group, where he led co-lead the Financial Services practice and led account teams serving several of its largest Canadian and global clients.
His work focuses on corporate portfolio strategy, including extensive M&A and post-merger integration work, and driving business line growth strategy (including customer, market and channel strategy, sales and marketing strategy, new product launches and innovation). Based in Canada, Bruce has also worked extensively in the US, UK, Switzerland, France, Germany, Mexico, and Brazil.
