Jason Girzadas

Jason has been elected as the chief executive officer of Deloitte US, the largest professional services organization in the United States, effective June 4, 2023. With more than 170,000 professionals, Deloitte US provides audit and assurance, tax, consulting, and risk and financial advisory services to a broad cross-section of corporations and governmental agencies.

Currently, as managing principal of Businesses, Global, and Strategic Services (BGS) of Deloitte US, Jason is responsible for driving integration across our four businesses, strengthening Deloitte US’s strategic market positioning, and building differentiated capabilities through strategic alliance relationships to innovate and transform toward a technology-driven future. Jason serves as a member of the US Executive Committee, an advisor to several leading health care clients, and the executive sponsor of several Deloitte global alliance relationships. He is a passionate advocate for Deloitte US’s talented staff and actively champions initiatives for leadership development, inclusion and well-being. In addition, he is the executive sponsor of Deloitte US’s relationship with the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).

With a long track record of helping clients navigate the challenge of large-scale strategic and technology-driven change, Jason has more than two decades of experience in client management and practice leadership, including serving as the Clients & Markets leader and the Life Sciences & Health Care industry leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP. He also served as the Deloitte Global Consulting leader and served on the Deloitte Global Board of Directors.

Jason received a BA in Economics from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Rush University.
