From Flexible Benefits to Private Exchanges, from HMOs to ACOs, and from Managed Care to Individual Care Management, in his 35 years of Consulting, Rick has led Health Care Strategy projects for some of the largest US companies. Now, using advanced analytics, Rick is working with organizations to strategically optimize the Total Rewards program to maximize overall efficiency and employee appreciation.
