Seán is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP. As COO for Deloitte’s $4 Billion+ US Government & Public Services (GPS) business, Seán has day-to-day operational responsibility for 16,000 US and globally deployed personnel. Seán has responsibility for a comprehensive future of work transformation across HR, IT, Facilities, Contracts, Finance, Security, Compliance, Marketing, and Business Development. Previously, Seán was Deloitte’s GPS Human Capital leader, where he oversaw industry leading growth resulting in the practice doubling to more than 1,600 consultants and $350 Million in annual revenues. He remains a regular speaker on government human capital trends and innovations with government and academic institutions and in the national media.
