Steve Shepley

Steve is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP's Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry practice with more than 15 years of experience helping highly-engineered product manufacturing companies drive performance improvements through the use of advanced techniques and technologies. He specializes in the development of transformational solutions that enable clients to reduce operational costs, improve productivity, and drive growth. From an industry perspective, he primarily focuses on the Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Industrial Products sectors.

Steve has an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA and a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
