James Horner

James is the global leader for the International Donor Organizations sector of Deloitte Consulting LLP. For many years, he served as global lead client service partner (LCSP) for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) client. James is currently leading the design and implementation of a revised global platform and operating model for Deloitte to best serve international donor and multilateral clients. James has worked in the international development arena for more than 20 years. Previous to this, he served for 15 years as a banking supervision and regulatory policy specialist for the Office of the Comptroller of Currency (US Treasury).
