Karel has spent 20 years in business consulting with a focus on organizational Learning & Development. He supports clients to transform their L&D landscape, to ensure they can really become true learning organizations. His passion is to help people and organizations through learning to continuously develop and improve the level of performance. Karel is director within the Dutch Human Capital practice and is the EMEA Regional Lead for the service line Learning Solutions.
