Laura Garbacz

A principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP, Laura has nearly 25 years of experience leading large global Oracle HR Transformation projects. She has assisted more than 100 clients in over 40 countries with HR Transformation projects involving strategy, organizational alignment, technology selection, global process design, and implementation. In addition to her work with clients, Laura serves as the HRT Service Offering Leader as a member of Deloitte’s national Oracle leadership team.
