Marquella is a partner within the Dutch Consulting practice and leads the Learning Solutions service line in the Netherlands. Specializing in organizational Learning & Development, she has over 15 years of experience as a consultant as well as working in the business as head of Learning & Development for a large financial institution. With experiences at both sides of the table, Marquella is able to quickly understand issues and deploy an approach consistent with the everyday practice.
