Nick is a Partner in UK Consulting, based in London. He is the Private Sector Industry Leader, taking responsibility on behalf of the UK Consulting Executive for Deloitte services across Consumer, Health & Life Sciences, Energy, Resources & Industrials and Technology, Media & Telecommunications.
He specialises in large scale commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency initiatives encompassing; commercial operating model design, digital and eCRM transformation, customer experience definition, marketing effectiveness, channel and route to market strategy, shopper and trade marketing, and consumer loyalty.
He has held a number of leadership roles, including: Consumer and Consumer Packaged Good Leader for UK Consulting. He is a Fellow and former advisory board member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and also a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing. He is also a founding Partner of Deloitte Digital.
