Philip Chong

Philip is the Executive Director for Deloitte Southeast Asia. He has been involved in reviewing the corporate governance of listed companies to highlight areas of improvement with respect to global industry practices. Since 2003, Philip has been involved in more than 30 projects to develop Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk frameworks and processes for banks, government entities, and listed companies. He is also active in promoting and implementing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) technologies to automate risk management, control monitoring, and compliance processes.
