Patrick O'Donnell

Patrick is a principal and the Chief Talent Officer for Deloitte Risk and Financial Advisory within Deloitte & Touche LLP. He provides advisory and attest services to large, multinational clients in the chemicals, consumer products and TMT industries. In addition to serving clients, Patrick holds a leadership role and has direct strategic involvement in several initiatives focused on the future of work, specifically talent acquisition, development, and retention. Previously, Patrick served as the Global Risk Advisory Chief Talent Officer collaborating with global and member firm leaders in areas of sourcing, mobility, and talent development. He was the first PPMD to serve as the National Managing Partner for AERS Advisory Recruiting and National Managing Partner for AERS Advisory Inclusion for the US Risk Advisory business.
