Deloitte Belgium is celebrating Pride!

Be your authentic self

GLOBE, Deloitte’s LGBT+ network, supports our overall goal of building an environment in which all our people feel valued, accepted, and able to be their authentic selves. By rallying together throughout the year, our LGBT+ members and allies meet and discuss relevant topics around Diversity and Inclusion with interesting keynote speakers with the aim to provide all of our professionals with the opportunity to grow.

We’re celebrating Pride because we recognise that having a diverse workforce will make us stronger and more impactful. When people come together and contribute different strengths, views, and backgrounds, we all win. Strength from cultural diversity is one of Deloitte's shared values, and we recognise that our diversity represents an enormous opportunity.

We want everyone to feel able to be their authentic self at work - to have a voice, be respected, and achieve, regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexuality or any other characteristic.
Inge Diels, Chief Talent Officer

Deloitte Belgium is joining GLOBE networks across North West Europe and Deloitte Global. Our network is open to all Deloitte professionals whether they identify as LGBT or allies.
