Reflection Rooms

With over 85 nationalities represented at Deloitte Belgium, we have a highly diverse workforce. As we strive to empower everyone to bring their authentic self to work, we have introduced Reflection Rooms in our Gateway, Antwerp, and Ghent offices.

Reflection Rooms are non-denominational spaces that are open to everyone who would like to take a moment to pause, reflect, mediate, pray or contemplate during the day.

In addition to the Reflection Rooms, we provide guidelines for engaging in open and respectful conversations with colleagues about faith, religion or beliefs to support our people to grow and be mindful of others.
