Deloitte acquires Orbit One
The acquisition bolsters Deloitte Accountancy’s expertise in assisting SMEs, family-owned and high-growth companies in strategic IT projects and underscores the role of Deloitte Accountancy as a trendsetter in digital financial administration and reporting.
Brussels, 15 January 2016 – Deloitte today announces the acquisition of Orbit One, the expert in digital transformation and cloud applications. This acquisition supports the growth of the Deloitte Accountancy business sector, and bolsters Deloitte’s leading role in the Belgian SME market by expanding the current range of services. As a multi-disciplinary advisor, Deloitte Accountancy is a partner of more than 5,000 SMEs, family-owned and high- growth companies. This acquisition fits seamlessly in with Deloitte’s leading role in the SME market to work together with clients online in an efficient and proactive manner, and further leverages on their "Digital Accountant" service offering.
