Who are we looking for?
Join us if you are a student graduating with a strong interest in Finance, Audit and / or Accountancy.
We are looking for motivated talent who want to launch their career in a dynamic environment and who are willing to help our clients bring their financial processes and operations under control.
Key activities are profound analysis of business and financial issues, but also development of recommendations to improve or transform our clients' business, such as optimising financial & management reporting, financial planning, cost accounting, credit management, statutory audits, consolidation & internal control reviews and many more.
What should you expect during this selection day?
A day packed with networking and learning, with the potential to be selected for a career at Deloitte. You’ll hear first-hand what work you would get involved in on a day to day basis and you will be challenged in a business case and an HR interview. During the booth sessions, you’ll meet your future colleagues and discuss potential roles which interest you.

Accounting & Reporting Consultant
As a member of the Accounting & Reporting Consultant team, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of Accountants and Tax SME and Legal SME Consultants based in our 11 offices in Belgium.
You will get to know, step by step, all there is to know about the business of an SME, increasing your knowledge of accountancy, finance, reporting, VAT, corporate tax and corporate law. Being in one of our many regional offices gives you the opportunity to respond to the questions of our clients, mainly small and medium businesses, startups, fast-growing companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals, but also international companies that we serve from our Diegem office. In the future you will become a trusted business advisor, who is able to give broad financial & strategic advice to clients.
Accounting & Controlling Consultant
As a member of the Accounting & Controlling Consultant team, you will deliver a large range of services in accounting, tax, finance & control to multinational clients. You will be deployed to challenging projects on the short and long term.
An Accounting & Controlling Consultant is active in domains such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, financial planning, monthly / annual closing, controlling, credit management and tax returns. Also, you will develop and grow professionally, through internal and external training programmes and extensive coaching on-the-job.
International Accounting & Tax Consultant

As a member of our team of International Accounting and Tax Consultants, you will be part of a multi-cultural team of professionals who offer added value regarding accounting, statutory reporting and direct tax services for firms doing business across the entire EMEA region. By providing a single point of contact, being versed in the production process and making use of the newest technology tools for business, we help large corporations to meet local compliance requirements and produce relevant data for statutory accounting and direct tax management purposes.

Auditor (Industry or Financial Sector)

As a member of the FSI Governance, Regulatory & Risk team, you will work in a dynamic and dedicated team that focuses on delivering a wide range of assignments within the Financial Services Industry.
The senior colleagues in your team will guide you and share their knowledge and experience. Being part of the largest professional services firm in Belgium, you will work in diverse and international teams for clients that are national institutions and/or international financial groups in the banking, asset management, insurance, and payment industries.
