This means optimised sourcing and recruiting, hard-hitting training and development, relevant performance management and succession, talent mobility, and world-class leadership development. These “centers of excellence” are core to the talent role, and this is where we focus first.
Our Deloitte Talent organisation is divided in different service offerings: Talent acquisition, Payroll- shared service, Reward and Management Information (data analytics), Learning & Development, International Mobility and the Talent Project Management Office.
In close partnership with the business the talent team enables the firm to fully leverage the skills and talents of our people so they can deliver outstanding value to our clients and can fully deploy themselves.
