We try to provide a work environment that’s flexible and nimble to help our people address their personal aspirations and ambitions – and define success on their own terms. Our people have unique professional-private needs and aspirations. Rethink mobility

As we want to be close to our clients as individuals but also geographically, we operate from 4 regions - 12 locations, hence we are very close to our clients. However, no matter in which office you will work, we will stimulate you to work as efficient and flexible possibly, which means if no meetings are planned, you can start your day in 1 office to end your day in other one, to avoid traffic jams.

Mobility goes beyond public transport and we encourage our employees to take another step to discover even more mobility solutions. Tied to our sustainability plan, the move to Gateway is the ideal opportunity to dig deep into long-term mobility solutions.  We want to continue pioneering innovative mobility solutions.  Not only to benefit our people, but also to contribute to a more sustainable society. By the end of 2017 we will offer a Flex Rewards plan to all our employees.

Energise@Deloitte

A positive work environment, with healthy well performing talent, demands a healthy mindset and body. That is why a few years ago we created “Energise@Deloitte”.  Energise@Deloitte is an online training platform, set up in cooperation with EnergyLab and instills the importance of health into our culture

With Energise@Deloitte we want an active and healthy lifestyle to become an inherent priority to each of our colleagues.  You can enroll for running or cycling events, group events like the battles (Thor, Ardennes, … ) or less intensive events like yoga workshops or self-defense sessions. 

Next to the many events you’ll find interesting nutrition and health tips.

Occasionally we organise national sport events to collect money for good causes.  In April 2016 we organised our own Deloitte Spartacus Run in Boom and on 16 January 2017, 500 Deloitters had the unique experience of seeing our new office in Zaventem before we had officially moved! The runners made their way from our former Diegem offices to Zaventem Airport.
