HR Account Management
As a member of the HR Account Management team, you will be part of the organisational function that is dedicated to specific business units. You will deal with all people related issues such as hiring, performance management, organisational development, well-being of employees, compensation and benefits, training and communication. You will also apply a tailored approach to managing people within the BU’s culture and environment.
Talent, Learning & Development
They design and develop the specific talent projects in line with the talent strategy based on the priorities of the different Business Units. They focus on coaching, national learning and talent projects.
This team works closely together with Deloitte University Europe within which Deloitte organizes strong milestone programs, industry programs and leadership programs.
The recruitment team is responsible for the hiring of approximately 500 to 600 employees. This team is divided in two; campus and senior recruiters. The campus recruiters work closely together with our marketing department to ensure high visibility at universities and the organization of selection days to recruit the best graduates. The senior team attracts more experienced profiles by using different sourcing channels.
The reward unit has three expert teams:
- The first team – International Mobility - assists the employees who have the ambition to enhance their careers with an international experience and cover a wide range of activities related to pre-, on- and post- assignment process. They advise the employees on tax related, payroll and social security matters.
- The second team - Compensation & Benefits– does the follow-up of complex C&B calculations and analysis, gathering benchmark information and market trends information. They design strong reward policies and programs and work closely together with the legal department.
- The third team – Payroll Shared Services – is responsible for the daily payroll and personnel administration.
Project Management Office
This team manages and supports projects linked to HR Operations. They continuously review existing processes, automate, document and improve them to ensure compliance, efficiency and quality. HR metrics, HR Analytics and reporting are handled here to support the decision-making.
As an HR Officer, you will:
