In today's hyper-competitive and technology-based environments companies need to innovate continuously in order to respond to changing technology, market trends and competition. We see a lot of companies that struggle to get their arms around innovation. They:

The Innovation Maturity Model helps to determine the innovation maturity of your organisation. Monitor Deloitte developed this model in collaboration with the Europe’s most renowned academic  research institute, UNU-MERIT of the United Nations University.
