Deloitte Digital wins 2016 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Innovation Award

The award for Best 1-to-1 Customer Journey was presented to Deloitte Digital for working with AB InBev to deliver a customer journey transformation using Marketing Cloud across 10 countries and 12 brands.

On 9 May 2016 Deloitte Digital was announced the winner of the 2016 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Innovation Award for Best 1-to-1 Customer Journey.

The award was presented in recognition of the work Deloitte Digital did with AB InBev to deliver a customer journey transformation using Marketing Cloud across 10 countries and 12 brands. By integrating AB InBev’s Salesforce Service Cloud with the Marketing Cloud, Deloitte Digital were able to improve AB InBev’s content management system, gain access to real-time insight into campaign performance, while increasing transparency across AB InBev’s customer database.

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Innovation Awards celebrate the digital marketing success Salesforce partners bring to their customers. This year’s awards were presented at Connections, the Digital Marketing Event of the Year.
