Kevin Overdulve CH EN

Kevin is a Partner within the Supply Chain & Operations service line and a leader within Deloitte’s European Logistics & Distribution (L&D) practice. He is also running the Digital Supply Network Advisory practice in Belgium, bringing innovative solutions to clients with a focus on Supply Chain Control Towers & Cognitive Automation.

He has 13 years of experience in the L&D space, advising clients on their strategic, tactical and operational questions. He has been involved in digital proof of concepts, strategy development, network redesign, transport & warehouse (process) optimizations, tendering and transition programs, inventory planning, and reverse logistics. He works across industries, with solid experience in consumer goods as well as production environments (chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive).

Kevin holds a Commercial Engineering degree from the University of Antwerp, supplemented with 2 APICS certifications (CPIM and CSCP). Next to that, he is a Prince2 Practitioner and is ARIS (process mapping tool) certified. Furthermore, he completed an executive master class in SCM at Vlerick Business School.
