Bram Le Bruyn

Bram has over 10 years of experience in transfer pricing and international tax working on a broad range of engagements including the set-up of (global) TP policies, advance pricing agreements, audit defense of existing or new transactions, documentation, and business alignment projects.

While Bram has a broad experience, his main focus areas are TP policy setting, transactions involving intangibles, business restructurings as well as permanent establishments and related profit allocation.

His prior projects cover a variety of industries, including commodities, automotive, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, construction goods, consumer goods, electronics, energy, industrial equipment, medical equipment, and retail.

Bram also has relevant experience in innovation-related tax incentives and specifically the analysis of qualifying income from a transfer pricing perspective.
