Cécile Wolfs

Cécile Wolfs is involved in the corporate guidance of privately owned companies and associations in the broadest sense and has over 15 years of experience in advising, leading and delivering projects related to corporate law.

Together with her team, Cécile assists clients through all legal stages of a company’s life cycle. This includes advisory on partnership structures and shareholders’ agreements as well as corporate governance. She has a special focus and has managed numerous projects on structuring companies, incl. (inter)national (de)mergers and cross border mobility of companies. Cécile also focuses on assisting founders, companies and investors in structuring the legal aspects of investments into start-ups and scale-ups. She has a strong focus on Legal Tech and combines her traditional legal expertise with digital innovations.
