Cécile Wolfs

Cécile Wolfs is a Director Tax & Legal Services at Deloitte Private | Accountancy & Advisory and is involved in the corporate guidance of privately owned companies and associations in the broadest sense. She has over 15 years of experience in advising, leading and delivering projects related to corporate law.

Together with her team, Cécile assists clients through all legal stages of a company’s life cycle. This includes advice on: incorporations / establishments and partnership structures; by-laws and shareholders agreements; (de)mergers; dissolutions and liquidations; and corporate governance and compliance. She has a special focus and has managed numerous projects on (re)organisation of companies, including national and international (de)mergers and cross border mobility of companies. She also has a strong focus on Legal Tech and combines her traditional legal expertise with digital innovations.
