Jeroen Bral

Jeroen Bral is responsible for the Deloitte Belgium offerings towards fast-growing innovation/technology companies, both in start-up and maturity phase, and provides assistance in relation to various issues regarding funding and legal structuring, as well as the preparation and negotiation of investment documentation (SSHA and all ancillary agreements). He works in close co-operation with the Deloitte Innovation team and embraces a focused MDP approach with a dedicated team of accountants, tax & legal specialists, financial reporting specialists and M&A and finance team members of Deloitte Fiduciaire throughout Belgium.

Jeroen has gained extensive experience as external legal counsel c.q. attorney-at-law, in Belgium and abroad (London, Amsterdam), providing expert advice and assistance to both national and international clients in relation to M&A transactions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings as well as general corporate, financial and commercial legal issues. His client portfolio ranges from start-up ventures to publicly listed companies and funds, with a particular focus on companies active in the creative and technology industry.
