Jeroen joined Deloitte in 2016 after his company (iNostix) was acquired by Deloitte. He leads the People Analytics offering.
Jeroen has more than 15 years of experience in leading large people analytics and research projects in multinational organizations. He is specialized in helping organizations building a data-driven HR function with a focus on bringing analytics to the center of decision-making in the area of HRM and talent management. Jeroen holds a unique combination of deep analytical knowledge, a solid understanding of the business and HR and a depth of experience in steering and coordinating large-scale projects.
His main area of expertise is research and data/analytics-driven employee experience management enabling organizations to better understand, engage, retain, develop and maximize the performance of their talent.
Jeroen holds a master’s degree in Labor and Organizational Sociology and started his career as scientific researcher at the K.U.Leuven. He became Doctor in Applied Economics in 2008 with a doctoral dissertation titled: “Evaluating the HR function: empirical studies on HRM architecture and HRM system strength”. (Supervisor: Prof dr Luc Sels). In 2008, Jeroen started as an entrepreneur a cutting-edge People Analytics consultancy under the name iNostix. In March 2016, iNostix was acquired by Deloitte and became in 2018 Deloitte People Analytics.
In his current role as offering leader and director of People Analytics, Jeroen has the end-to-end responsibility in defining the People Analytics offering, client portfolio, growing and developing a team of 20 consultants, business development and coordinating people analytics and research projects.
