In 2023, Nikolaas accepted a second mandate as Chairman of Deloitte Belgium. He is a member of the Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) Board.
Nikolaas is also an engagement partner for several key Deloitte Private clients, focusing on financial and operational reporting and planning, financial performance analysis, defining areas of improvement and action plans, strategic decision making, and outlining the continuity of management and shareholding for family companies.
Additionally, Nikolaas leads the Best Managed Companies programme in Belgium.
