Reporting obligations regarding the Green Deal

Express your interest for free sessions with Deloitte

Do you know what are your company reporting obligations regarding the Geen Deal? Do you know how much time is left to get your company ready for it? What resources are needed? 🕐 📝 Get the answers during 1-hour free session provided by Deloitte’s experts.

Over a year ago, the European Commission published a proposal for a Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Recently, we have been presented with draft EU Sustainability Reporting Standards, which together with CSRD, will have to be followed by over 49 thousand businesses in EU, as well as International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, ISSB) which are the basis for integrated financial reporting. These regulations pose a challenge for CEOs, CFOs, CROs, because adopting a company would require significant efforts on all levels of organizations to plan and implement changes in reporting.

If your company meets the below criteria, you can join Deloitte’s experts for 1 hour company individual session for free:
✔️ is in a non-FSI industry
✔️ is a listed entity or
✔️ meets 2 out of 3 criteria from the new definition of large entity (balance sheet total: EUR 20M; net revenue: EUR 40M; 250 average number of employees during the financial year)

During this session you will find out, among others
📌What are the new non-financial reporting obligations?
📌What are the management responsibilities?
📌How to respond on the new requirements?
📌What is the starting point of your preparation and when to start?
