Transfer pricing and tax treaties: recent developments

Deloitte tax seminar invitation

The decisions of the BEPS project started to turn into concrete legislative actions and raised the possibilities for cooperation between the tax administrations and their scrutiny to a new, higher level. The Bulgarian tax authorities started to demonstrate increased interest in the transfer pricing matters during audits and checks.

Deloitte Bulgaria organizes an interactive seminar “Transfer pricing and tax treaties: recent developments”. Purpose of this seminar is to update the audience on the recent tax audit practices in the transfer pricing area in Bulgaria and throughout Central and Eastern European countries, the Bulgarian draft rules on country-by-country (CbC) reporting as well as the potential impact in Bulgaria from the implementation of the EU Anti-Tax Avoidance Directive (ATAD) and the Multilateral Instrument under BEPS Action Point 15.
The seminar will have a practical approach and is meant for accountants, lawyers, finance specialists and managers.

The facilitators will be Iwona Georgijew, Tax Partner leading Deloitte’s transfer pricing practice in Poland and Central Europe, and Aleksandar Stefanov, Senior Manager and head of the transfer pricing practice of Deloitte Bulgaria.
As the seminar will have an interactive set-up, there will be over opportunity for asking question by you! Questions raised by e-mail on front will be answered with priority.
