Invitation for two Deloitte Seminars in October

Withholding Taxes and Double Tax Treaties.
Transfer Pricing in Practice

Deloitte Bulgaria has the pleasure to invite you to participate in seminars on the topics “Withholding Tax and Double Tax Treaties” and “Transfer Pricing rules, most common cases in practice and recent developments” which will take place respectively on 25 and 27 October 2016 (Tuesday and Thursday) in the office of Deloitte Bulgaria in Mall of Sofia. The seminars are intended for accounting and finance professionals, who would like to gain or increase their knowledge and practical experience in the areas of transfer pricing (“TP”) and double tax treaties (“DTT”). The issues related to withholding tax (“WHT”) and the application of the DTT remain topical and continue to present challenges in practice. TP is also amongst the hot topics of the tax authorities worldwide. The final deliverables of the BEPS project of the OECD/G-20 prove that these two topics are related and are very often subject to an analysis together during the planning and execution of international transactions. During the seminar, the participants will receive an induction to the main principles of TP and the DTT as well as the practical aspects of the preparation of TP documentation and the application of DTT relief respectively. Attending the seminars will enable the participants to consider and solve case studies as well as raise questions related to the topic of the seminar.
