During the workshop, Deloitte consultants share their knowledge of the most popular approaches, concepts and schemes, based on case studies from projects carried out in previous years. The result of the workshop is the joint development of a high-level vision of agile transformation and confirmation of the most important principles for change. AGILITY HEALTH CHECK 

Currently, every organization declares that it has "agile", but we observe that it is at extremely different stages of development. Our "Agility Health Check" offer allows you to determine the level of advancement in the adaptation of the Scrum method in five areas based on 80 criteria. Development of improvement recommendations (experiments to be tested) for agile teams, which will be included in a comprehensive report. In addition, Deloitte has the tools to assess the SAFe framework and to measure the level of agility of the entire organization.  

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
