What Deloitte leaders say on gender parity and women advancement
At Deloitte Middle East, we have long championed women advancement through different programs focusing on empowerment, and advocacy of gender parity in the workplace. One such initiative has been WoMen March, the Middle East’s diversity program consisting of a full month dedicated to advocate women advancement in the workplace across the region.
This year, aiming to continue driving awareness and change behind this area, we launched a new campaign entitled “What Deloitte leaders say on gender parity and women advancement”.
The campaign revolves around what some of our key leaders across Deloitte Middle East think and aspire to regarding gender parity in workplace.
