Appointed as the CEO for Deloitte Asia Pacific in September 2018, Cindy leads a team of 2,800 partners and 45,000 professionals across 17 countries. She is a member of the Deloitte Global Executive Committee.

Prior to this role she served as the CEO for Deloitte Australia from 2015 to 2018 and led Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice in Australia from 2009 to 2014.

In 2018, Cindy was named in the Australian Financial Review (AFR) annual Power issue as one of the top five most powerful people in consulting. In 2015, she became the first woman to lead a Big Four professional services firm in Australia and to succeed one of the Male Champions of Change. Cindy was ranked as a Top 10 LinkedIn Power Profile in Australia in 2015 and 2016.

Dr. Elton Ong is Fullerton Health’s Managing Director of the Clinical Services business division and oversees the performance of 5 business units spanning primary care, health screening, pharmacy, physiotherapy and ambulance service. He believes in giving back to the community and is an active grassroots volunteer, spearheading health and wellness programmes for the youth, elderly and the vulnerable. He has post graduate qualifications in Occupational Medicine and is licensed as a Designated Workplace Doctor with the Ministry of Manpower, Singapore. He is passionate about primary care and is a strong advocate for the proactive management of chronic medical diseases in the employee health and benefits industry. Still a practicing physician, and is currently looking after the healthcare needs of a large multinational bank in the Central Business District, Dr. Ong also runs a clinic to support the migrant worker community on weekends. He is married, a father of 4 children, and enjoys playing the guitar.

Dr. Ira Kalish is the Chief Global Economist of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd. He is the principal author and editor of Deloitte’s Weekly Global Economic Update.

Dr. Kalish advises Deloitte clients as well as Deloitte’s leadership on economic issues and their impact on business strategy. In addition, he has given numerous presentations to corporations and trade organizations on topics related to the global economy. Dr. Kalish also serves on the BIAC Economic Policy Committee which advises the OECD on macroeconomic policy issues. He is widely traveled and has given presentations in 47 countries on six continents.

Dr. Kalish has been widely quoted in the news media; his remarks have been published by the Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and The Financial Times.

Dr. Kalish holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Vassar College and a PhD in international economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Having kicked his career in travel trade media, Luke spent four years as editor of the globally-distributed Discovery Channel Magazine, before leading agency content teams for brands ranging from HSBC and Temasek, to IHG and Banyan Tree.

He has also led the Internal Audit Function of a Fortune 500 subsidiary in India. Porus is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Porus has served on the ICAI Committee for Members in Industry and the ICAI Internal Audit Standards Board and has served six terms on the Board of Governors for IIA, Mumbai. He worked for MMS International of Standard and Poor’s Group in Singapore as the Economist for Indonesia, Korea and Thailand from 1995 to 1996. He was regional treasury economist at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, he was Societe Generale’s Chief Economist for Asia. In 2003, he became the Head of Economics of ICBC (Asia), the overseas flagship of China’s largest bank.

Tse Gan is an Executive Director with the Cyber Risk Services – Risk Advisory practice of Deloitte. He is the practice lead for Cyber Risk Services in Deloitte South East Asia and has established the Cyber Intelligence Centre (also known as Cyber Security Operations Centre “CyberSOC”) in Singapore and Malaysia.

He is responsible for managing operational risk, information security and risk management solution engagements and has more than 15 years of technology support, technology risk and security consulting, internal/ external audit and operational risk management experience.
Tse Gan’s depth of expertise also lies in the Financial Services Industry, having played a significant role in the design and implementation of various cyber and technological solutions as well as product training across regional, private and central banks in this region.

Tse Gan holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Systems. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (“CISA”), Certified Information Security Manager (“CISM”), Certified Public Accountant (Singapore), Certified Practising Accountant (Australia) and licensed with a Certification in Control Self Assessment (“CCSA”).

Vivek Chhabra is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years of experience in FMCG companies.

From 1985, Vivek spent 10 years with RJR Nabisco's food business in India and in Singapore.

From 1995, for almost 20 years Vivek was with Heineken's Asia Pacific Joint venture, initially as Country Finance Manager in Papua New Guinea and in Vietnam and then as Finance Director for Asia Pacific.

From 2004 to 2014, Vivek was Director Regional Business Development when he spearheaded the group's entry into several emerging and frontier markets across Asia Pacific via greenfield production, M&A, joint venture, etc. In all, Vivek completed more than 20 transactions valued at USD 1.25 billion. From 2007, Vivek was also the Regional Director for South Asia overseeing the 3 businesses in South Asia.

Vivek joined Thai Beverages/Fraser & Neave in 2015 and has worked as CEO of the soft drinks business in Thailand before returning to Singapore to head the M&A function for the group.

Vivek has received awards from governmental bodies in Vietnam and India and has also been a member of World Bank/IFC Private Sector Reform program in Vietnam, the Industry and Finance sub-committee of the GPC in Singapore and was the Vice Chairman of the South Asia Business Group in the Singapore Business Federation.
