He has more than 20 years of management consulting experience working with clients in the Consumer Products, Agriculture, Retail, Transportation & Hospitality sectors. His specialisations are in the areas of commercial excellence where he has deep expertise in sales & distribution, route-to-market (RTM), distributor management, sales force effectiveness, key account management, trade promotion management, revenue management, supply chain planning and target operating model design.

Wee Meng has a proven track record of helping clients in the consumer industry in the planning and execution of their growth strategy and business transformation. He has also led some of the most iconic M&A deals in the region, supporting clients in their integration and divestiture. Wee Meng has worked extensively across SEA in Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore & Thailand.
