Nowadays, thanks to broadband, cloud computing, and a large variety of tools designed to facilitate online collaboration and communication, it turns out that many jobs that once required in-person interaction can be performed from anywhere.
Оn 28 January 2020 new amendments to the Labor Code came into force, which include a new chapter dedicated to remote work. The brochure covers new provisions of the law, some specific requirements for the contents of remote work contracts as well as many legal and tax matters that are not regulated by law and are the subject to be sorted out by the employers themselves.
