1. Do you have opportunities in all services at Deloitte?
Yes. We have a broad range of opportunities and are not just hiring CPAs. We hire co-ops, interns and new grads into all services at Deloitte: Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory, Enterprise Risk Services, and Consulting. We even have opportunities in Talent, IT, and other internal groups too. So whether you’re an accounting student, a technology student, an arts student or another faculty altogether, it’s very likely your career could start at Deloitte.
2. When should I apply? And what do I need to apply?
You should check our website www.deloitte.ca/campus on a regular basis to review campus postings. That being said, most of our campus hiring is done in September/October and January/February. Your career centre can provide you with specific deadline dates for applications. And remember, you will need a cover letter, resumé and transcript.
3. Can I apply to more than one office or service?
As a student, you are advised to submit an application to the location and service where you most see yourself beginning your career. We are looking for top talent and we want to support you in the role that is the best fit for you.
4. What kind of support can I expect to receive in Deloitte’s CPA program?
Our goal is consistent with your goal: pass the exam the first time. Deloitte’s professional program provides our writers with the best possible tools and support to help them prepare for and confidently tackle their exams. These tools include professional instruction, financial support, resource materials, mock exams and personal counseling. We have a proven track record of supporting students through their professional examinations: nine out of 10 students at Deloitte pass on their first attempt
