Deloitte Canadian Delivery Centre

This new centre provides functional and technical guidance to help our clients build and configure cloud and technology systems. We combine project execution, proactive project and risk management, and a distinctively managed delivery model with skilled, competitively priced solution developers.

Deloitte Canada is expanding its Canadian Delivery Centre (CDC) to New Brunswick, bringing economic development and employment opportunities to Atlantic Canada, including up to 200 new jobs in the province’s technology sector.

The CDC provides technical and functional services, including cloud technology, data management, and custom development, to customers across Canada and around the world. It has teams specializing in data management and application security that harness leading Deloitte methodologies and tools to help clients achieve their key business objectives.

Atlantic Canada is a growing hub for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. The expansion of the CDC to New Brunswick represents a significant investment for the Atlantic region that will allow New Brunswick’s technology sector to showcase its work through local, national, and international projects, today and into the future.

Deloitte selected New Brunswick for several reasons, including the large volume of quality post-secondary institutions and its position as Canada’s only officially bilingual province, which will enable the CDC team to offer services in both French and English.

There is also a strong sense of collaboration among New Brunswick’s government agencies, giving us the chance to engage with Opportunities New Brunswick and Working NB on our recruiting and transfer efforts. Deloitte is excited to work with the province and region’s growing talent pool to service its clients.

The CDC operations in the province will be distributed across Deloitte’s offices in Saint John, Moncton, and Fredericton. In alignment with the firm’s next normal (N2) strategy, employees will have the flexibility to work from home or their local office. The New Brunswick operations will be an expansion of the CDC’s first location, which opened in Montreal in 2016.

At Deloitte and the CDC, we empower our people to be the very best they can be, not only so they can make a difference for clients, colleagues, and communities, but also for their own careers and aspirations.

We invest in our people and help them tap into their strengths. Deloitte practitioners receive ongoing training and learnings to succeed in their fields. We have a dynamic culture of high performance, inclusion, and flexibility, and our people build lifelong relationships within a powerful global network.
