Saad Rafi joins Deloitte as National Public Sector Leader
Rafi will also lead Deloitte’s Economics and Policy Practice
TORONTO – September 20, 2016 – Deloitte is pleased to announce that Saad Rafi has rejoined the firm as National Public Sector Leader and Financial Advisory partner. He will also lead Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Economics and Policy Practice. Based in Toronto, Rafi’s work will focus on healthcare and government infrastructure management. He will provide sales leadership to the firm’s Financial Advisory Infrastructure and Project Finance practice.
Prior to rejoining Deloitte, Rafi served as Deputy Minister of Transportation, Energy and Infrastructure, and Health and Long Term Care. He held the position as CEO of the Ontario Retirement Pension Plan and CEO of Pan Am/Parapan Am Games. Between 2005 and 2008, Rafi was a Deloitte partner who led and exponentially grew Deloitte’s Infrastructure Advisory and Project Finance practice.
