Alan Taliaferro

As leader of Deloitte Canada’s Logistics and Distribution practice, Alan is responsible for the Smart Warehouse initiative, an immersive experience centre where clients can visualize their warehouse of the future. He has over 20 years of experience in supply chain strategy, network design, distribution centre design, WMS implementation, distribution centre implementation, and transportation and distribution centre simulation in a variety of industries and countries. He is a recognized guest speaker at important conferences across North America related to supply chain strategy, warehousing, and transportation. He is also recognized for conducting training at Deloitte University for newly promoted resources.
