Bill Stamatis

Bill is a partner in Deloitte’s Financial Advisory practice. He focuses on valuations for transactions, dispute resolution, governance, and planning. Throughout his more than 20 years of experience, he has advised boards of directors on how to deal with transactions and crises, as well as parties trying to resolve disputes with commercial counterparties or tax authorities. Bill has worked across many sectors, such as life sciences and health care, with clients located in North America, the United Kingdom, and other nations in Europe.

Bill has worked with various professional organizations, including Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario, the American Society of Appraisers, International Institute of Business Valuers, and International Valuation Standards Council.
