A partner in our HR Transformation practice, Brian has over 20 years of strategic consulting experience, including in human resources transformation, HR system implementations, and leading projects in business process re-engineering to enhance efficiency and productivity for clients.

With over 12 years in the Workday ecosystem, Brian was the co-founder and CEO of Balkon Inc., Canada’s first dedicated Workday implementation partner. He has led national Workday practices in Canada for more than seven years, specializing in leading projects to implement technology and leverage automation to transform clients’ organizations and operating models.
