Glynda Gill

Currently serving as our Canadian Insurance Assets leader, Glynda operates within our Financial Services industry group. With extensive experience in digital innovation and core systems transformation, she focuses on developing reusable assets and delivering asset-enabled services to our Insurance clients. She has international experience in software engineering, consulting, product strategy, and delivery with leading Insurance software solution vendors such as Guidewire and Oracle. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2022, Glynda held senior leadership positions at two multi-national insurance carriers, Aviva and Travelers.

Glynda is a subject matter expert in the Insurance technology domain, speaking at events such as DIGIN and the Guidewire Connections Conference. She is a graduate of the University of Waterloo and has long been an advocate and mentor for women in STEM throughout her career.
