Hilary McVey

As Deloitte Canada’s Managing Partner for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility, Hilary helps guide our firm’s efforts to mirror contemporary Canada across diversity dimensions including gender, race, Indigenous, disabilities, neurodivergent, and 2SLGBTQIA+. She has spent the last 25 years implementing HR systems for clients across industries including healthcare, communications, and public sector.

Hilary is currently on the Board of the Ottawa Community Land Trust. She has previously sat on Board of Directors for the Parkdale Food Centre in Ottawa and is extremely active with volunteering in the nonprofit space. She has her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. She completed her Master’s of Philanthropy and Non-Profit Leadership at Carleton University. In the spirit of life-long learning she is working on a Certificate in Reconciliation Studies at First Nations University.
