Iseo Pasquali

Iseo is a partner at Deloitte in Toronto and is the firm’s Chief Business and Financial Officer. In this role, Iseo manages Services, Regional and Deloitte Private Leaders to unify and optimize the firm’s integration and performance in line with its business and financial plans. Iseo was also the Chief Operating Officer for the Global Financial Advisory business and has previously held a number of senior management positions at Deloitte. Most recently, he led the Canadian Financial Advisory practice and was responsible for the overall market strategy and coordination of all of the service areas making up Financial Advisory: Corporate Finance, Deloitte Forensic, Mergers & Acquisition Transaction Services, Restructuring Services and Valuation Services. Prior to leading the Canadian Financial Advisory practice, Iseo led the Valuation Advisory Services for the Americas, responsible for the overall coordination of the various Valuation Advisory practices across North and South America. Iseo was also a member of the Deloitte Board of Directors.

Iseo has also lectured at York University’s Schulich School of Business in the areas of Financial and Management Accounting to undergraduate and graduate business students. He has lectured on financial accounting and valuation topics to non-financial managers across public, private and governmental organizations across Canada.

Iseo is a Fellow and Past Chair of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. He is also a Fellow of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. In 2006, Iseo was awarded the CPA Ontario’s Award of Distinction for Chartered Professional Accountants under the age of 40.
