Jacklyn Mercer

Jacklyn leads the Atlantic Audit and Advisory practice and co-leads the firm’s National program for Boards of Directors. She has over 20 years of public accounting experience providing assurance and advisory services to clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, transportation, real estate, and energy and utilities. Jacklyn primarily serves publicly traded entities, with significant experience with audits of both Canadian publicly listed entities and SEC registered entities and with internal controls over financial reporting audits.
