Jay is a partner  in the Regulatory Risk practice, and leads Conduct Risk services. Based in Toronto, Jay helps clients address the challenges of evolving regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management matters in the financial services industry. He’s guided organizations through enterprise risk management, conduct risk, Basel capital programs, anti-money laundering remediation, regulatory reviews of governance, and other regulatory and risk transformation initiatives.
