Jon Bowes
Partner, Value Creation Services
Jon is the national lead partner of Deloitte’s M&A Value Creation Services group within our M&A practice. His role centres on creating value for clients through transactions and high-priority performance improvement, leading clients from strategy to execution. He has over 20 years of consulting experience spanning M&A, operations, and corporate strategy in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He has worked with clients ranging from small private companies and charities to large multinationals and government departments. His knowledge spans a wide variety of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, public sector, financial services, and retail. Jon’s specific areas of focus are in due diligence, cost takeout, transaction contracts, procurement, transitional design, and transition management.
