Martin Castonguay

Martin is the regional leader of audit advisory services for Quebec. He has extensive experience in Canada and abroad in audit and advisory services to large and mid-market enterprises, particularly in the financial services, telecommunications and engineering and construction industries. He has acted as advisor to clients in a number of areas including assessments of finance organizations, risk management and financial governance, transaction negotiation and support services and securities issuances and financings. He has supported clients in the context of major transactions and crisis management. He has worked directly with board members, executives and owner-managers of businesses for some forty years. Martin is a CPA.CA and CA and member of the professional institutes of Quebec and Ontario as well as the Institute of Corporate Directors.
